Warranty for non-”as-is” equipment is 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Do Not break the warranty void seal for any reason or the equipment will not be returnable. If you or your customer break the seal - You Own It! “As-Is” equipment does not have a warranty. RMA’s will not be issued after the 30-day warranty period has expired. The warranty period begins on the date of shipment and will not be dependant on the date of customer inspection. RMA’s will only be issued after our technical assistance department has reviewed the problem. RMA’s will be issued after provision of ALL serial numbers of “defective equipment” and a description of the associated problem(s). Do Not return items without MMSPI serial numbers. Items originating from companies other than MMSPI will not be accepted as substitutes for items originally shipped by MMSPI. RMA replacements will be shipped by ground service unless pre-approved by MMSPI management. Our shipping and receiving department wil reject items returned without the RMA number on the box and customer will be invoiced as originally agreed at point of sale. Customers are responsible for the returen of any RMA item(s) to MMSPI, including freight charges, packaging, and shipping label(s). Items to be returned must be packaged with materials equivalent to the way the customer received the original shipment. MMSPI recommends that all packing materials be kept until all items are determined to be in satisfactory condition. RMA’s will not be issued for items damaged in transit. A replacement item may be purchased while the carrier is processing the claim. RMA items found to be in good working order will be subject to a restocking fee (20% of the original purchase price). RMA items not returned within 14 days of the request fo replacement will be invoiced at the originally agreed purchase price. RMA’s may be requested by calling 800-332-5321 or Dallas 214-904-0214
